I make a lot of cheese boards and they have such a great selection of cheese and other charcuterie items at such a reasonable price. Everyone who works there are so friendly and helpful!”

The other pharmacy in the area told us we would have to wait days for a certain medication but he happened to have on hand. Even though it was close to closing and he wasn't our regular pharmacy he made sure our prescription was transferred and filled before closing. Outstanding service!”

“Inside the store, this is a great Safeway. Deli, produce, meat, bakery, always have attractive selections, and the shelves are well stocked. But outside, it's a real hassle. People drive really oddly on the roads around the store, making it difficult to get into the parking lot. Often I'm stuck in the left lane, with people driving ~15 MPH in the right lane and no gap between them. Then in the parking lot, people walk around like it's Seattle, ignoring cars and walking slowly while drivers act like they're trying to run you over. The store is great but the other customers make me feel unwelcome and like I'd rather goto the Safeway in Kennewick instead. Thanks for keeping a nice store and letting me vent.”
“Good place to get gas. If I have rewards points then it is always worth it to go here. The pumps and shop area are clean and well-maintained. You can purchase limited mini-mart items.Lost a star because twice now I've been approached by men when getting gas late at night”

“OK, so I have been using Walmart grocery pick up for the last few years. However - Safeway is closer to me and I have always erroneously believed Safeway would end up costing me more money.I was wrong! With the coupons in the app which are simple and easy to clip I couldn't believe the discounts!I usually buy the same things over and over again and I was shocked that with the discounts and coupons, I actually saved about $40 from what I usually end up spending.I don't end up with crushed eggs or leaking wet cat food. No blown open packages -no chicken strips thrown all over the bag either! (All experiences I have previously just sucked up part of the "Walmart" pickup experience.)The pickup experience at Safeway is so much easier and quicker too! Staff is friendly and I have always felt valued at Safeway -weird thing to say, but, I have officially broken up with Walmart pickup and will forever be a Safeway shopper pick up or otherwise.P.s. Starbucks inside Safeway is also amazing! Peeps who work there are the absolute best!”

“My favorite location in the tri cities. I’ve been coming here for years but I’m finally leaving a review because the night time manager I believe his name is Josh took the time to help me out at self check out on a busy holiday Friday night.I found a Hart tool I need but the price was lower on the app, I requested a price match and noticed the box was re-taped as if it had been a returned item. Buddy checked his scanner gun to see if the system would allow him to not only match but also discount the price and boom got me a fair price that I was happy with.”

“Great Walmart ! Clean, always has a lot of self check lanes available! One of the best Walmarts I've been to when I comes to speedy check out. Just need to remind employees shopping for the lazy pick up people to not over crowd the lanes with big carts. Not just this Walmart but all store struggle with this.”
