“Sooooo we've been with these guys for over 2 years at this point! We had one vehicle die and they took it back and gave us as much as they could offer for trade in even though it was DOA!! We then got one car zero down and it was low mileage. I was sooooooo excited that day I had a new car I could share with my son YIPPEEEEE. I park everything is just fine.......twelve hours later(in my SpongeBob voice) I was going to take my kiddo to go shopping because you know new car excited to share with the kids. I turn on the car and shift into reverse and it no workie. I'm pressing the gas and I'm stuck but I get out and it starts acting funky. This was a Sunday the day they are closed. I take the car back to the dealership and go in the next day. They took the car back and put us into a dodge dart. It was pretty easy and they were not a holes about it, they also treated me as a human not a pretty little lady who knows nothing about cars. It was by all means a pleasant experience through and though. The cars are not perfect by any means but if you test drive it they will let you also do the best they can to take care of you just make your payments on time and you're credit will go up and you get to keep it after it's paid off.”

“The car was S - O - L - D , but the girl was gold. I inquired this evening about a blue DS-21 that was recently featured on ebay. I received an email that the listing was ended, (I had bid on it and was the highest bidder at the time). So, I got curious and called Cosmopolitan Motors, very late, very late to closing time quite frankly, to find out if another purchaser had closed the deal, or what the status of the DS was. The young lady that answered the phone was cordial and informative. She knew immediately which vehicle I was referring to. She suggested to me that the vehicle was pretty much sold, however took the extra step of getting my information in case the "deal" fell through. I wish I had 5 of these secretaries that are just like her! If Cosmos runs their dealership in anyway like the young secretary did, then I would buy a vehicle from them with no ifs, ands or buts. She took the time to get my info, and in this business world, that is GOLDEN. I wish she worked with us in our car business. Thanks and let me know about the D. Mike.”
