Non existent customer service. 7 days no internet. Cant contact customer service. If you send me to collections because I refuse to pay this last bill I swear to god I will make sure the write books about the cataclysmic even that will unfold.

Without a doubt worst internet service we've had. Only service avail is DSL and it's often in outage mode. Unreliable slow internet.

Communications sometimes takes a long time.
Six hours the last time I had issues with the internet service.
