Joyce helped us with transferring our earnest money, and Gloria helped us with transferring our down payment. Both were extremely patient, kind, reliable, and attentive to detail. My partner and I were expecting these two interactions to be extremely stressful, but we actually felt so much better after talking to these bankers and had them handled our transactions. “Jenny the banker at this location was an angel! I had come in to this location because the Chase on 164th was no help multiple times and I met Jenny on a Saturday morning already frustrated with Chase. She listened to me through my complaints (Chase had issued me 2 checks and I had misplaced them so I was trying to get them reissued). She worked hard to try and get this resolved on the day I came in but we quickly realized the department we needed was closed on Saturdays. She made an appointment on her calendar for me to come in Monday and called the department. The issue was not resolved by Monday but significant process was made. She called me a few days later to update me and I think by the end of the week I received the reissued checks. I had closed my checking accounts with chase (still have credit cards with them) but Jenny was so EXCEPTIONAL that I might reconsider and open a new account with chase because she was so sweet, professional and so helpful. Please give her my thanks!”
