They also can print things for you (for a small fee) if you email it to them. There’s a loading zone spot outside, so parking has never been a headache. It’s also dog friendly!”

The challenge of collaborating with the mailbox users for the replacement funding and working with the USPS were more substantial. My advice... if you have a vandalized community mailbox that needs replacement - the sooner you begin the replacement process the sooner the USPS will be able to resume mail delivery.”

I went into UPS and asked the manager, Al, if I could borrow a dolly so I could wheel the box from my car to the UPS store. Al was generously kind enough to help me get the box (using a dolly) from my car and wheel it over to the store himself. I really appreciate his proactive thoughtfulness in helping me out greatly!!!”
“I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”

In regards to negative reviews, let me say this. I am doing business in this store 3-5 days a week, and have the opportunity to watch and overhear interactions. I will say that the majority of the time it is the customer who is the challenge.”

“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”

However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.”
