After an experience with a "high end" store in Bellevue where the sales rep knew nothing about the Fjord chairs they were selling, we were so impressed with Kim's unhurried and expert approach. As it turned out when we got the chair there was a problem with the mechanism. They ordered a new one and made the exchange efficiently. Really like a breath of fresh air to get good old-fashioned customer service like this. And there is plenty of parking to boot, without fighting the Bellevue crowds.”
