I had a leaky propane hose on my rPod and Dave was generous to disassemble one hose to put the nozzle on a longer hose for me and only charged me for the one part. Kris (Kelvin) gave me a ride across town in a brand new LUCID and it was exciting. After I finished business at the correct location, Kris brought me back to your Enterprise. I met Constance and she was full of energy and smiles, adorable and made my visit today "fun". “I have rented from this location a number of times and find their team to be friendly and capable. It’s a small operation so don’t expect airport style pick up. They don’t have a ton of cars and sometimes they aren’t spotless - but the convenience of having this downtown location outweighs that. AVIS corporate appears to allow over-booking of cars (since there are a lot of no-shows) - so there is a chance they run out of cars. Occasionally the lines are long (especially during cruise season) so please pack your patience, the team behind the counter are doing the best they can. I’ve gotten the hang of their garage and drop off protocols. It’s a bit wonky but it works if you follow their directions.”

“The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!”

“These guys took care of me. I was in a claim against someone with American family insurance. Their insurance company would not pay a dime more even though all the basic cars were gone, and the car they had was equivalent to what I had. The insurance company told me to kick rocks and look for another enterprise to rent a car. The guys at Enterprise were in awe of the bad service and upgraded me regardless of the bad service from American family insurance, helped move on with my day. They called afterwards to let me know the car return was fine and returned my deposit quickly. Great service I look forward to referring people your way”

“We came from san jose to Washington for a visit for the holiday. We rent a car from this location and we took a car for a drive to our place a day after but as swoon as we put a defense on in immediate time the front window of the cars got a big crack starting from the bottom all the way more than 1/2 way. We were hesitant to drive the car back from Christmas light at the park our family we were thinking it might break and glass might come to our face during the drive back home. That event runner our next day event and missed it because we were not comfortable driving a car with broken windshield. We were trying to call the branch but you guys were closed in Sunday so strewing out over the entire situation and who should we call to come and fix it we have my other son-in-law look up for and find out that Kirkland branch were open so my other son-in-law call the branch and they were open and those process takes about hours and we finally changed the car and he gave us $110 discount for the inconvenience but some times inconvenience will running your entire plan especially when you are from different stat so we decided not to go out and stay home and the new car never being used and all it was a horrible memory of it. When we returned the the car in the day off returning gentleman Ben asked hope everything work out after that bad luck and I asked him if I can express my opinion in regards of the entire situation and that was then Ben gave us the full amount back and that created the environment that wow! Someone actually understood and have an emotional feeling for our family and trip here to Settle. Ben action makes it all different. That small gesture made us all happy and we were never forgotten his kindness and understanding and professionalism. I like to say his actions was above and beyond and he is a keeper! I would like to thanks Ben from all of our families from San Jose to Seattle!”
