Everyone from the reservation to drop off were excellent and I had little to no wait time. My only complaint with the car was I didn’t know how to work the radio and this made my 6 hour drive long. The representative showed me how to use all the bells and whistles except the radio.

Cars were always really dirty. Mirrors, windshield, blades were terrible and no windshield fluid.I was switched to a car that was so tiny and not fun to drive.On the good side the staff was friendly and flexible.I hope I don't have to rent another car again.
