“In July, my Ford F-150 started having all sorts of problems. Engine knocking, rough starts, sputtering, limp mode, etc. I called up Doc and had the truck towed to his shop. He was able to get me in, same day, and diagnose all of the problems within 24 hrs of dropping off the truck with him.
Turns out, my truck was worse for wear than I had thought and the repair cost would have been more than the truck was worth. Instead of insisting on repairs, which would have costed me thousands, Doc advised me to cut my losses. I did have the option to repair it if I wanted to, but I sincerely appreciate him and his team’s honesty and insistence about it. Other shops I’ve had the displeasure of giving my business to would have tried to rake me over the coals, but not Doc!
You can tell as soon as you meet Doc and his team that they know their craft very well, and will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their abilities.”

“I recently had my Subaru Outback repaired at Caliber after being rear ended on I-5. JD was very helpful and I mentioned that this was my wife's car and that we were using it to take my wife to Seattle for daily medical appointments and with her car in the shop we were going to have to use my car which isn't in as nice of shape to take her to her medical appointments which was undesirable given all that she was going through. JD and the rest of the crew at Caliber went the extra mile and were able to get her car repaired in record time and the final repair looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to take a car to Caliber in the future and think they are a great shop!”
“It's a small shop. They call themselves Leon's now. I'm not sure what's going on what their name, but I went in for a 2008 Audi A3 air conditioning issue. They did the work for nominal pricing. Their labor rate is lower than other shops but it's still an expensive repair. They noted two other problems that are real problems and they provided an estimate. But they didn't force the work to be done. So for the next issue I think we'll go back and see what these guys estimate.”

“Hey Rock Fans, So I was on the highway around 3:00am on Fri. July 12th 2024 after a show and hit a piece of something yellow ( thanks WDOT !! ) and of course it broke a weld on the muffler of my 2000 convertible corvette. I was in need of someone who could take care of this first thing Sat. the 13th and nobody I talked to could help me out....then I was told there was a Midas in Bothell, Wa. so I called and was told..."well we are pretty busy...but come in and we will do our best to help you. So cool!! I went in and they went out of their way to help me.....no.. really!! They did a great job and I was out of there in about an hour or so!! What I did not tell you......... is that Fri. morning I ordered a Borla cat back exhaust for the vett...bet ya can't guess where I'm taking the vett to get it installed??? DAMN RIGHT!!!! Bothell Midas!!! Peace to all you Rock Fans!!!!!”
