“listen- the guy knows what he’s talking about. point blank period. i’ve worked with so many different piercers (many in puyallup) and at this point, matt and angelo ARE THE ONLY ONES ill let near me with a needle.
i didn’t realize i was getting so much misinformation and bad piercing jobs done until he clarified so much for me with facts.
they won’t paint you a pretty picture, he won’t talk to you through rose colored glasses but they will give you the cold hard facts and keep it 100% real with you. after the experiences i’ve had at other places, they will be the only ones i trust from now on.
this man is passionate about what he does and just knows his stuff. he values quality jewelry (i previously thought i was getting quality jewelry at the other places in puyallup/tacoma areas i had tried) until i learned there is a huge difference.
i could’ve saved myself so much trouble and issues if i had just worked with them from the get go. not everyone that owns a shop knows what they’re doing. save yourself the trouble i went through in having bad piercing jobs removed & just go here from the get go tbh. wish i had known is all i can rly say.

We had no idea what we wanted or how much we wanted to spend, We just knew that when we "saw" what was right, we would know it. Kristin was a SAVANT! She was able to pull information out of our heads, and put that information gracefully onto our fingers. All that we could do at that point was smile, smile, smile. “Absolutely phenomenal service all around!! Their customer service was fantastic, they were extremely gracious anytime i called for an update. They made sure the ring was in perfect condition before pickup, including what couldn’t be seen by the eyes. The quality of the gold, diamonds, and settings are superb. It was a unique experience designing the ring and picking out the diamond. This is truly a small family run business and it’s apparent how much love and care is put into their work.”

The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and chatted with us for a while and let us complain to them about how hard it was at other places to get it, it was really nice. The guy who did the piercing was super sweet as well, he was very quick and gentle, it didn't really hurt at all, great service! I’m serious people he is the BEST BODY PIERCER OUT THERE! have been going to him for years (31 piercing), he has pierced my children only person I trust. “The lady and man that run this shop are so sweet, helpful and very professional. They helped me find a flower girl dress for my niece and the service the lady brings to customers is absolutely beautiful. My niece is a big girl for her age and when we went to shops in Tacoma, workers would emphasize that verbally in front of my niece which made her feel uncomfortable and was completely degrading. The owner or lady who works at Murasaki made my niece feel like an absolute princess and my niece lit up after the she laced up the dress and complimented her. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Their dresses are reasonably priced and their service is just top notch. Their shop is always very neat and organized. Dressing rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will forever be a customer here solely because of their service. Very professional and polite owners.”

“I am writing this to give A HUGE shoutout to the sales associate by the name of Amanda at the S Hill Mall Kay Jewelers! I bought my favorite ring back in 2004 with a Lifetime sizing and Diamond warranty. Well I went in to have my ring resized at least 2 years ago on a few occasions and the associate at those times couldn’t find any record of my ring! Mind you I had to have it inspected and a diamond replaced so yes there was a record but absolutely NO ONE on any of the visits could find it! Well today I thought I would try again and within a half hour Amanda found my rings records! I cannot thank her enough as this ring is very special to me and with her going the extra mile of research and looking I will finally be wearing my beautiful ring again once it gets sized down a size! It is employees like her that truly make me feel that there are individuals who care about their customers as the others could have cared less and this was really my last attempt!! Thank you Amanda and I hope they appreciate the work you do!!”
