“I am writing this to give A HUGE shoutout to the sales associate by the name of Amanda at the S Hill Mall Kay Jewelers! I bought my favorite ring back in 2004 with a Lifetime sizing and Diamond warranty. Well I went in to have my ring resized at least 2 years ago on a few occasions and the associate at those times couldn’t find any record of my ring! Mind you I had to have it inspected and a diamond replaced so yes there was a record but absolutely NO ONE on any of the visits could find it! Well today I thought I would try again and within a half hour Amanda found my rings records! I cannot thank her enough as this ring is very special to me and with her going the extra mile of research and looking I will finally be wearing my beautiful ring again once it gets sized down a size! It is employees like her that truly make me feel that there are individuals who care about their customers as the others could have cared less and this was really my last attempt!! Thank you Amanda and I hope they appreciate the work you do!!”

“It's either I got off lucky or these people are awesome or both. So I've purchased earrings and a necklace for my then girlfriend, not to expensive as she loves Blue Topaz. The staff were awesome at helping me find something nice; and everything they helped me find or recommended. The girlfriend loved it. Not too long ago my then girlfriend and I got some rather good news and decided to go pick up a ring. I had already know which one I was going to get her but was a little pricy (here I am saying that on a blue topaz ring not even a diamond ahaha that's because I'm not used to buying things over a couple hundred dollars). I kid you not, I walked in there on their random flash sale where everything was marked 50% off and well I didn't just buy the engagement ring. But also I have the wedding ring set up on lay away too locked in on this price. Absolute score. I got the warranty on everything, glad I did. Free cleanings and repairs for life. Came in handy. Michelle and Mike are absolutely godly in their help and expertise. Only had one sour moment however. Me and my now new fiancée took her necklace and earrings in to be cleaned and this guy "Jacob" was to do that. Well he broke my fiancée's necklace and then blamed it on her for it said it was broken when we handed it in, even though we walked in with it literally around her next and she re clasped it all intact. Well he wanted to undo it and broke the chain. Luckily another employee called him out and set us up to get it repaired. However Jacob wasn't done so he went and cleaned the earrings. He took them back probably stood in the room for 30 seconds and brought them back looking exactly the same. The staff member who set up the repair she took the dirty earrings and went back and cleaned them correctly herself. Necklace is back in one piece now and looks great. She's flaunting her ring off to anyone and everyone. So can't diss the jewelers as a whole off of my one time experience with Jacob.”

“Linda is so nice. Honestly when I go into places like jewelers or higher-end stores, I usually have a hard time getting any help at all due to my tattoos & less-than-casual clothing. I went in to see if they could tighten the posts on my ring that I purchased elsewhere. Linda was overly helpful, gave me lots of tips and advice on ring care and about what stone mine could be (I'm not sure what it is), and even cleaned it for free for me! I really appreciate encountering non-judgemental people in retail because unfortunately they can be rare.”
