WECU is a not-for-profit, full-service credit union for Washington State residents, started in 1936. It offers checking and savings accounts, home loans, auto loans, personal loans, RV loans, and credit cards, as well as small business services. As a not-for-profit, it gives back through donations, volunteering, and teaching financial wellness. Members consistently praise the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff at every branch, who meet them with a smile and accomplish tasks with speed. Many have been members for over 20 years, having switched from large national banks where customer service was not great. They describe WECU as a breath of fresh air, with efficient service, very helpful staff, and real people who answer the phone immediately to resolve any issue. Been with WECU almost 20 yrs.Love the friendly staff at the branch I regularly go to but also any branch I may step into. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful in many different ways.
