I was worried about losing some sentimental photos, but Greg assured me that he'd get my phone back up and running. He was able to quickly replace the battery, and now my phone is like brand new again. Thanks, Greg!!”

“I just walked out of the store & had to write this asap, because, Brayden, the representative who helped me, was outstanding!!! In helping me solve my problems, he was courteous, professional, yet very friendly & exhibited a world of patience with me. He definitely went far abovre & beyond and I am so appreciative for his help (he resolved all my issues quickly & completely). As I said, he was outstanding and I think he should get a pay raise & a promotion!!!

“Awesome crew here and this store is ran very well. Always kind and professional. I've worked with them B2B and as just a consumer (just this week) and both experiences have been top notch. I had a blown subwoofer replaced and I was quoted one price and when I got the final bill it was almost $100 less than my quote. They honored the actual labor time vs what they quoted which I was ready to pay...I mean that's just good business right there. AND now I'll be a return customer forever. My ancient Galaxy S9 gave up the ghost after years of service. Daisy was very informative about pricing. I didn't qualify for any promo but I expected that. Fortunately, Boost now permits their staff to access Boost Infinite accounts (like mine) so swapping over to a new phone went smoothly. New Galaxy A16 works great! Thank you!”
