This was an easy to find store in the Bellis Fair Mall. I came in looking for an IPhone and the guy named Vincent was a tremendous help. He even put a new screen cover on my phone, changed the sim, and put it into the protective case for me. 10/10 service.

Great customer service by a guy who I believe was Brian, am not sure though. He was a young, big guy with glasses. Quick to give info about sim card and plans in case of a short stay in the US as usual. I wish all counter guys are this helpfull!

Staff here are super pleasant and helpful! I had a terrible experience with the staff at the T-Mobile store on Sunset Drive. But the staff at Bellis Fair were amazing.
