Another month gone by and another headache getting my medications from this organization. You have got tp be kidding me at this point.Cant call. Call in advance still never ready. I have an issue every month trying to use them for prescriptions. Going on 3 years now they still can't do what they say they will. Its getting to be where I am actually embarrassed for them.

I was transferred to four different people and still couldn't get my shots scheduled they finally told me it would be easier to call Rite Aid the only thing worse than their phone service was their website period

Worst place I've ever had to deal with to get medications. Unorganized, never get anything done on time. Expect to have to be on hold for a hour everytime they mess up... which is every single time.

Having the misfortune of choosing Kaiser as my insurance provider has caused me nothing but grief. I have been paying out of pocket to a separate pharmacy that doesn't take my useless insurance to insure I get my medication on time. -5 stars.

They loudly announce each medication you're picking up for the whole waiting room to hear. There's absolutely no privacy and you can hear everything they're saying. I only do mail order because of this. This past week I went to the pharmacy with my partner. When his medications were announced, a couple started laughing. The people behind the counter have even made comments on the medications themselves, like "I bet you were jonesing to pick this up.". It's a disrespectful way to run a pharmacy.

Edited: Wait time have gotten tremendously better, though they are still fairly slow with 10-30 minute wait at busy times. The pharmacists cannot do much to help except fill orders, even if they wanted to, so don't expect much service.Original Review: Completely overworked, incredibly slow system designed by Kaiser Permanente. Huge disappointment, and frustrating because that company won't allow you to use other pharmacies. Make sure you enroll and use mail delivery. It isn't worth coming in for a 40-60 minute wait.

Prompt, efficient, and open on a holiday! I haven’t had to call in or make an appointment for vaccines, but when it comes to prescriptions they have filled them quickly - whether in person or receiving it next day by mail.

You need to pull a number for service and wait to be called ...even if you are the only person there in eye contact with the person to help you (unecessary beurocracy).No support for blister or med packs, no mail service support (can only point you to the website). No sliding scale or hardship programs for meds so I now have to pay more than I have for years.I wouldn't choose this but Kaiser Bellingham no longer allows other pharmacies to fill prescriptions anymore.

not only is this a Monopoly , it's less than all the rest , It's a cold and sterilized environment. not only did kaiser make all of their clients use their pharmacies, They took all The Fred Meyer employees and all the employees of whoever used kaiser as a group. And no one said a word !needed my migraine medicine today in painsorry closed on Sunday

The staff was super nice. The place was very clean. My expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised.

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed. Wait times are long. There is no direct phone line to pharmacy, only a call center. I spent 30mins on hold being passed back and forth between agent and pharmacy, who then put me back in their queue to start over.

Always an issue it seems literally almost every month. Prescriptions are not transferable and the pharmacy call center and the local physical pharmacy miscommunicate consistently. Ill pay extra to use and better pharmacy.

Super friendly and helpful. It was our first time there. We showed up 10 minutes after our appointment and it was only a 5 minute wait to get the prescription. And we didn't have to fill out any paperwork because they have all the info already. Beautiful! (:

Horrible experience here. People move with zero urgency and have little care. Came here for an urgent situation only to be met with red tape and no solutions. So unimpressed with the service, lack of care and this organization in general. Someone is going to die because of this pharmacy and organization. Horrifying
