I don't blame the staff, but Kaiser and this pharmacy are a joke. Hope you don't need any important medications, because you won't get them in a decent time here.

I was transferred to four different people and still couldn't get my shots scheduled they finally told me it would be easier to call Rite Aid the only thing worse than their phone service was their website period

Worst place I've ever had to deal with to get medications. Unorganized, never get anything done on time. Expect to have to be on hold for a hour everytime they mess up... which is every single time.
