The staff are nice, and the waiting room is clean. Kaiser forces me to use this pharmacy instead of my preferred one even though I don’t even live in Bellingham where the Kaiser pharmacy is located. I wish Kaiser insurance covered more and medication was priced more reasonably.

I cannot have a flu or covid vaccine here and the closest one is Marysville and that's 2 hours away. Thanks alot (sarcastically typing) for condemning me to death and for the inconvenience.... because it's over 300.00 because no one else will take this insurance.

Even if they send you a message saying your prescription is ready, it never seems to be. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. But that’s ok, as you have no choice! Thanks Kaiser!

Spent 3 days trying to figure out how to transfer a simple inexpensive UTI medication from Socal to Washington. Then today I spent an hour being transferred around on the phone with them before getting a nurse who had no idea how the system worked and hung up on me.
cool guys.
Went to amazon and got it filled in 10 minutes.

Don’t understand why I am forced to use this pharmacy. I was doing just fine at Walgreens and there was no copayment for my medication. This pharmacy however is trying to make me pay for my prescription out of pocket because they don’t have my insurance on file? Then when I called they just sent me in a big loop hole of having to call person after person. Each being like a 20+ minute wait. I am this close to just paying extra money every month and switching back to state health insurance. Kaiser is actually useless and that’s when it comes to prescriptions, doctors visits or even dentists

Actually useless and potentially harmful. Between the insurance forcing you, without notice to switch to this pharmacy and for the pharmacy location staff to being lazy and not helping to make transfers easy, I was not able to get my diabetes medicine filled withing 48-hours of the original re-order. Worse than that the insurance blocked it with the originating pharmacy, yet still can't be bothered to forward the transfer. Ended up costing me 4 hours of phone calls and being on hold as well as $34 co-pay instead of the $3 they would charge if I could complete the transfer in the same night.
Good thing it was ONLY diabetes medicine.

When go to the Telegraph Road office the staff is very friendly and helpful. However no one tells you that it is much less expensive to order your medications through mail order…I believe it is about 20% less. Big difference! Also, you can never call in and speak directly to a staff. You are ALWAYS connecting with a machine. They are NEVER able to take your credit card information over the phone. One would think with all the premiums you have to pay they would have been able to work out these minor kinks by now. :{

I usually get my prescriptions through mail order. But if I need something quicker I go to this pharmacy. I use to use Haggens but this is easier because Kaiser has a list of all my meds. I've never had a problem here. Call ahead, give them to time to fill it and pick it up.

I would leave negative stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I go there, there is a problem and it is always on their end (not my doctor, not me).

I’ve had my share of complicated issues with prescriptions and the staff here has always been friendly and quick to help whenever it is within their power.
