4206 Meridian St, Bellingham“I joined Lab Athletics with a 6 week nutrition and membership program, after the first week of going to the work outs I knew this was the gym for me! I love how the work outs are small groups with really awesome coaches, every single coach has been so helpful with form, offering alternative movements if needed, giving helpful feedback while also encouraging you to lift heavier and push harder and I feel like every coach truly wants you to be the healthiest strongest person you can be! All the coaches and the owner Jake are so friendly and make the work out classes fun but challenging. They are all so knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness, they’re all so amazing and so great at helping to keep you motivated!All the other members are so encouraging too, it really makes a difference when the other people doing the work out with you and pushing themselves just as hard if not harder and are super friendly while encouraging you to push yourself too. I’ve had such an awesome experience at this gym unlike any other gym I’ve attended. The community this gym has created is truly one of a kind! My only regret is not finding them sooner!I really love the structure of the work outs with the hour classes having portions for strength training and portions endurance training. I personally really enjoy being able to focus on trying to lift heavy and really work certain muscle groups and then finishing the work out off with another portion to really get your heart rate going.The nutrition plan I started with the 6 week program was really well thought out and all the food was tasty, nothing was bland or boring. Every meal I felt full and wasn’t craving more food. I also found some new recipes that I really love and still make for myself from it!I highly recommend this gym, every work out and check in meeting with Jake throughout the 6 week program have all been so positive, encouraging, inspiring, motivating and honestly really fun!!”

“I love this gym as it is clean and they are always upgrading equipment. In fact, they just installed new treadmills which are awesome. Plus they have great classes, a sauna, and Pickleball! I am always recommending it when anyone mentions gyms or working out. The staff is super friendly, too!”

“Oh I think the customer service is stronger I think they should probably very good a bigger location with her indoor basketball court I think that would be helpful for cardio in the city just in downtown Bellingham I think that would be helpful having an area that's in the middle of a city in downtown pirate security and things like that but I think that would be helpful after you go out to the gym to go have an indoor basketball court Downtown that you're able to have a situation desk to membership that would be good for building hands Athletics Club and because people will weight loss and things and think it's not enough for that in the city I will with adults thank you”

4152 Meridian St, Bellingham“Great value gym, especially if you sign up as a new member. Equipment is older, and general cleanliness has been great. Every day i see their maintenance person working hard to keep it clean. Some bigger cleaning projects like shower ceilings are getting tackled now, perhaps thanks to new management (Congrats once again Sarah). I've even gone barefoot in showers and have been fine btw.Re towels, I've seen them run out ONCE. Very thankful for the plentiful supply of complimentary towels for wiping down equipment and shower towels. Should they ever run out again due to issues beyond their control, I suppose one could simply buy a $2 towel especially if you're concerned about covid :)”
“Great coaching. Noticed an exercise was aggravating my back and immediately changed how I was doing it and then my back felt great.Tonia is always watching and giving feedback and is so kind. And she lets me stay late and stretch.I am very pleased.”
