  In the past two months their ATM machine has been down. Of course it happens when the bank is closed. I'm not able to make a deposit or get cash out. Very frustrating.

  Asked for credit card, he said it takes time!! Then nothing? He didn't want to work, don't know his name, he had no name tag, bad customer service! So disappointed with Chase first time, that's why people like California!!??
