“From the moment I decided to take my car to Olsen Auto Body & Collision after my accident to the moment I got my car back Brittany at the front desk had been incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental car, and it was looking like I wasn’t going to have a way to get to work..BAM.. Brittany has a loaner car for me to use. Brittany updated me regularly with what was going on with my car, and how long it would be until it was finished. I was originally quoted up to two months, but the car was done in just over a month. The thing looks brand new! Other than my bent license plate you would have no idea that the rear end of my car had been smashed like a soda can a month prior. Olsen’s crew did outstanding work, and they will be the only place I take my vehicle should I ever need auto body work done on my car again. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Service that went "Above and Beyond." I had my VW Golf in for replacement with original Volkswagen glass. The Bellingham, WA shop did a super job of ordering the glass in for me, replacing it in a timely and courteous fashion, and in paying attention to detail. A week later I came back to the shop looking for a tiney Southwestern tourqouise carving of a bobcat that is a kind of car totem for me and was a gift from my son -- It usually rode around up on my dash. I'd lost it in my car and was hoping maybe it had turned up inside the dash or through some other luck. Well, the manager was super. He asked the installer, who was also a good guy and remembered the job; but no totem. They then checked the shop vacuum figuring it might have gotten sucked up in the cleaning (!); but nope. The manager then came out to help me perhaps look in the vents; sure enough, it was a tight corner of the side "vent window" where I had not thought to look. Really kind guys that went beyond the scope of their work, to make my day and help me. I am most grateful and will have all my work done here now.”
