My baby and I were followed by a man from a jewelry store across the street into and around the store. When I called customer service to report it afterwards, they took my name and number down but never called me back. Not comfortable shopping here again.

I ordered some small item on the website and want to pick it up from the store. A lady roll her eyes and said “it’s not that expensive to ship these items to your place” before she went pick up my item. I meant of course I can afford them ma’am, but I live nearby and why would that bother you? Very bad experience.
