“This review is for delivering, trucks get there early...if its for 730 am appointment....If its early in the morning you should be able to take 130 st and go in the entrance there and be able to set yourself up for the dock its tight not going to lie the dock is west&east you need to be pointing east to back up...if not going to have to take ne 21 pl....swing wide or your trailer will go in the ditch SWING WIDE if going ne 21 plThey unload fast...and not going to lie its hard getting out too......this place is not ment for 53 foot trailers.... just go slow and take it wide....I had to knock a star off not because of the people that work there but getting in and out of the dock of hell.....And if you have a later appointment just don't go lol”

“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“This is an awesome little store. It’s all the best products made in Seattle, especially food items. If you’re looking to send a care package or gifts to people out of state this is absolutely the place to go. Prices are high, but to be expected with local high quality goods. Staff was super friendly and the space is open and airy.”

“Outstanding customer service. We had our new sideboard delivered last Friday. The delivery crew noted some issues with it and took photos. The Bellevue Manager rang me in the afternoon and said they would replace it. We had some time constraints to work around but the delivery was arranged for the next morning. The new sideboard arrived first thing and was perfect. Both delivery crews were efficient and courteous. Well done Kasala.”

“Great little shop! Inventory changes so if you are looking at an item let the staff know. I have consigned items recently and they are upfront with pricing and their consignment process. Service is great staff are helpful. Sometimes things don't sell and consignment ends, so you need to get them before somebody does. And they have lots of items and accessories!”

“Had a great customer service experience with Tiffany on 10/22/2023 at the Bellevue, WA location.We bought a large order of Elfa shelving to take advantage of the big sale. Halfway through installation, we realized we mis-measured and needed some pieces cut. I called the store at 6:20 PM (they close at 7) and asked if I could come by. Tiffany answered. She asked what pieces needed cutting and how much length to cut off. I then drove to the store and arrived at 6:50PM. I saw Tiffany helping other customers. I sort of stood there awkwardly because I didn't know what to do. Tiffany actually came up to me and said "Are you the one that needed the cuts? 29 inches, right"? She actually remembered the length without me reminding her. She took the pieces in the back, emerged 5 minutes later, and handed me my cut pieces which are now hanging beautifully in the garage.This experience was notable for a few reasons:-Easy to get a hold of an actual person at the physical store quickly-Fast and competent customer service w/no questions asked-Tiffany willing to go the extra mile despite being at closing time-Stressful situation turned into a problem quickly solvedThank you!”

“The sales associates at this location of Crate and Barrel are very nice and helpful but I bought a large food processor last week from this store, which they brought one for me in the box from the back. I assumed it would be an unopened one, until I got home and found otherwise. I believe I was sold a returned item which was missing its booklet at minimum.Tired and disappointed (after hauling a heavy box to my car across the mall) I called the store hoping for a solution that would be possible without having me to go back to the store. I was hoping they would email me a return shipping label and ship me a replacement item while I ship the open box item from a nearby UPS or Fedex back to their wear house, but they said I had to go back to the shop to do the exchange.I did so and I am still waiting for the replacement Item to arrive to me since they did not have another one in the store.”

I visited Joann in Cross Roads as I was making fresh flowers arrangements and even though I was only looking for a ribbon and showed up 10 minutes before they closed, the gentleman at the store was super helpful, very polite and went out of his way to help me even though I was the last customer.
