“I don’t often leave a five star review, but I had a recent experience with Brandon and BMW Of Bellevue.

I really hadn’t planned to buy a new car until next year but with the end of the year sales, I thought I would just start delving in this year to learn about different cars and what the car buying experience is right now.

I saw a few cars that I was interested in and started doing some research. BMW Of Bellevue’s website gave me quite a bit of information to start doing some searches.

I narrowed my search down to a few models that I thought I might be interested in next year.

I got a text back from Brandon From my inquiries and he was really helpful with information. So I had some time one evening after work just to stop by and test drive. I really liked the car, but was thinking that I now had a serious contender to research about until next year..

As with all sales processes, one thing led to another, and we were talking about trade-ins and financing. No harm no foul. Brandon was able to provide information for me that piqued my interest.

“UPDATE: I have a 2006 DB9 and wanted to update the information system to have CarPlay. It was almost an imposible task as Aston Martin hasn’t developed a kit for upgrading what my car has. Thanks to John Bui and Vince they were able and successfully installed an Aston Installations Kit. Now my car has a HD screen and the full CarPlay system working. They are by far the best team ever to take care of my needs.
We went to have our car serviced with the help of John Bui (JB). We got first to the AM dealership where a sign took us across to the other car dealerships they operate.. a very nice receptionist directed us to the actual shop.. considering we drove 200 km to get there at first we were surprised and tired but once we got to see JB he made the experience a fantastic experience. He is super approachable and listens with patience. He answered all of our questions and took care of us with great care and professionalism.
The car was ready on time, impeccable and with everything done as expected. JB took all the necessary time to answer any additional questions: we for sure will drive back the 200 km just to get our car serviced there !”

“I worked with Nick on a Nissan Leaf purchase (I think it was his dad who did the closing paperwork). Nick was friendly, courteous, and kind to my young kiddos who of course had a thousand stories they needed to tell him. The man who closed out paperwork was friendly enough as well.This is not a squeaky clean dealership where they are going to follow you around and cater to your every whim and question. It runs like you would expect a small, maybe slightly old-school family operation. No flair, no shiny showroom, just cars for sale.I read a few other reviews and came to the lot with my guard up. I asked extra questions on the phone and in person to try to catch any red flags or resistance, ready to walk off if anything "smelled funny". I was pleasantly surprised. They were not rude at all, but I can see folks getting upset if they're expecting to be treated like royalty like some nice dealerships do.Not saying they've never treated anyone unkindly, but my experience was good.”
