From the moment I first called him I felt that he was being honest, and he went the extra mile to verify everything on the car and disclose any known issues beforehand. David was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was worried about purchasing an electric car from an independent dealer, and I visited several places where the salesperson had little idea of how those car work. However, David was able to answer all my questions, providing practical advice, and offering guidance to use the Tesla app.
The deal closure was professional, helping me with the payment process, no haggling, no drama, and no attitude. Definitive not the typical salesperson, I really appreciate that. I had checked several cars at the same price point but it was his attitude what inclined the balance towards this one.
A few days later after closing the purchase, I noticed a problem with the car and went back to Definitive Motors. David immediately jumped in the car and helped me to have it fixed. They even provided a loaner while the car was being serviced.
Don’t go there expecting a big building with fancy leather couches and salespeople with fake smiles. This is a small place almost hidden behind a hotel and cramped with cars, but it looks like they know what they are doing. I will not hesitate to buy another car from there and if it is a Tesla, David is the go-to person.”
