“Drove over from Poulsbo after being frustrated by the big box stores. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Bought a Mizuno glove at the same price as online. Jim went the extra mile and did a little more breaking in on my son’s glove he had with him too. For Jim it’s all about helping kids and enjoying your job. Help out a tiny business in the era of online and no customer service! In my mind gloves especially are so personal you can’t buy one online, it has to be tried in person. I’m dropping my old mitt off for a re-lacing next. Cheers”

One of the highlights of shopping at Big 5 is their competitive pricing and frequent sales. I found some great deals on high-quality items, which made my visit even more worthwhile. The clearance section also offered some fantastic bargains, allowing me to get more value for my money.
The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that the store could benefit from a slightly larger inventory in certain categories. There were a few specific items I was looking for that were out of stock. However, the staff offered to check availability at other locations and online, which was helpful.
Overall, Big 5 Sporting Goods on Factoria Blvd provides a solid shopping experience for anyone in need of sporting goods and outdoor gear. “I had a very great consumer experience at this store tonight with the employees assisting me, and answering questions I had. I had a good transaction too. I work as a manager at a different store in that exact mall at Bellevue Square, so from my perspective, I would say the only thing that would be a detractor is the employee who was ringing up my transaction. He appeared to have a slight ego that came across in the way he was speaking which wasn’t allowing him to be his true authentic self, and it could have been the circumstance of him being unconsciously aware of the cocky nature he was presenting. He was a good guy, but not very authentic. Experience was good overall nonetheless.”
“Anyone having issues with gift cards? This store issues old fashioned hard plastic rather an Electronic gift cards. This local branch won’t cancel a mislaid one, even though it can track to original transaction and seemingly can tell whether it has been used.”

“I'm a new Escape Outdoors customer and I'm really happy with their customer service from Joe. I was online shopping for Cyber Monday and needed some help with a few orders. An email request for a price adjustment for one order was answered within 30 minutes. My phone call for help to change a return to an exchange was also handled promptly by Joe - an actual person, not a machine. This store has a great product selection. I was able to find a popular jacket in the color and size I needed, which was either more expensive or sold out elsewhere. Escape Outdoors helped me make someone's Christmas wish come true and their excellent customer support made me feel like my money was well spent.”

They have a good selection for kids And young adult shoes. A good number if different name brands and styles.
While there is limited staff, they have always been friendly and very willing to assist.
I would recommend this location for your general shoe needs.
The shoes they carry are general shoes in the mid to low price range (most under 50 with a few up to $100.
They do not carry some specialty shoes or good hiking shoes.
This allows me to provide good shoes for a huge family without breaking the bank.”

“This place has all the stuff for most Seattle sports teams and my kids love it. The staff there is cool and not only know their sports stuff but the store inside and out. Made it really easy to find and get the correct Metcalf jerseys for my two boys. I've also returned a couple things and it's super easy. Highly recommend.”
“Stopped by Lululemon on the 2nd floor of Bellevue Square, and the experience was solid overall. The store is located toward the center of the mall, so it’s very visible and easy to find, but that also means it’s not the quickest stop if you’re just trying to pop in and out. The store had plenty of staff available, and while the service was good and professional, it wasn’t anything particularly memorable. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, with a full range of athletic wear and accessories. Parking is typical Bellevue Square with plenty of options, especially if you’re familiar with the garage setup. If you know what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here without much hassle.
