“I visited the Redmond location for the first time yesterday looking for new running shoes and it just happened to be during their anniversary sale. I was specifically looking at Brooks and Altra running shoes and narrowed it down to a couple of different Brooks models. Two staff helped me and they were both extremely knowledgeable. I don't want to bore you with my specific questions, but based on their technical answers, I narrowed it down a shoe that would support my natural foot fall and provide stability for my road running, and let me tell you I was torn between a couple of shoes. I was glad the shoe I chose was more discounted than the anniversary 15% off sale! I ran with my new shoes today and I am in love with them. The staff led me in the right direction. Thank you - Definitely recommend!”

The checkout person helped me pick the perfect scooter(one from the lucky crew) and even after 3years my scooter is the best in my friend group. 100% recommend, keep up the good work. If anyone is interested I believe my scooter is called oil slick but it's been so long I don't know anymore. Keep in mind that any of them WiLL be great.”

“I bought our Zooka Pitching Machine used on Craigslist two summers ago, the machine is very durable and pitches baseballs up to 75mph very accurately. The battery was new when I bought it and it will last up to 4 hours on one single charge. Furthermore, our son hit a baseball back at the machine and broke the orange ring...I emailed Zooka about purchasing a replacement part and someone responded within 3 hours stating the would mail out a replacement priority mail at no charge! Quite unbelievable that a company will not only get back to you that quickly but furthermore send a replacement piece on a unit that was never purchased from them directly at no charge and plus paying $7 to ship it to me in Michigan. Because of my positive experience with Zooka, I felt obligated to share my great experience with this company. Great Product! Great Service! Definately not enough of these companies around anymore. Thank you Zooka!”
