Manny, Preet, and the rest of the representatives are outstanding at giving professional and efficient service. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are extremely patient and kind in dealing with customers.
In regards to negative reviews, let me say this. I am doing business in this store 3-5 days a week, and have the opportunity to watch and overhear interactions. I will say that the majority of the time it is the customer who is the challenge.”
“The people at this UPS Store are fantastic. I go to it pretty often and happened to leave my wallet (with a fair amount of cash, credit cards, debit cards etc.) on the counter last week. Not knowing where I had left it, it took me several days to go back and ask. They had it, and returned it with everything intact. Thank you!!”
“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”

“The team at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center provided exceptional service! Angela, the onsite manager, along with Paula and Riley, the staff members, were highly efficient and prepared when I arrived to quickly complete my rush order for a senior executive workshop scheduled for 8AM on Tuesday, July 16th. Our team had to travel from our offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco to Seattle to coordinate and host the workshop at the customer headquarters. We had a tight deadline of just 24 hours to gather all the necessary office supplies, print poster boards, and set up the conference room. This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center saved us by quickly completing all of our print jobs (20 full color sticker sheets at 8x11 size and 3 36 x 48 poster size full color prints) within 60 minutes. If you need print services in the Seattle area use this team's location. They are awesome!”

“I recently moved and submitted a change of address online. I was asked to go into the full service post office on Bel-Red to confirm my identity. After much back and forth and no understanding of what was happening to my mail and the inability of the system to confirm me, I was referred to the annex. Sherri was so helpful and an absolute gem! She took the time to figure out if my request had been received (it hadn't) and contacted my carrier at my old address to see if he had still been delivering my mail (he had). She had me fill out a paper form and ensured she would get it taken care of and the carrier confirmed he would hold my mail at the annex until the request had been processed. Many thanks to Sherri for being so helpful and kind!”
“I have used this location basically from the moment they open years ago. I had nothing but good experiences even though they are dealing with shortage in staff, long lines and rude customers. I have witnessed people yelling at the workers for the most unreasonable things. Everyone there is doing their best and I had received great customer service, constant good communication and willingness to help!”
