“Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.”

“Stopped in the Factorial mall Target Store. Was nice and clean like always. The store was well organized and easy to find what I was looking for. The thing made my visit was older man, (Ron) at check out he was empty and came looking for someone to help at his register. He was very friendly so much so that it made my visit special. Thanks Ron. Thank you Target for hiring him. He is a special employee that if you can copy his work ethic and attitude you will have a gold mine.”

“After dealing with an absolutely horrible experience at the Issaquah location regarding the purchase of a new phone, I came to the Bellevue Square location frustrated and was prepared to leave T-Mobile for another carrier if the issue was unable to be resolved. The whole team at the Bellevue location was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Ashley especially was an INCREDIBLE help, and guided me through the whole process of purchasing my new phone and getting everything set up. She also helped me find a new case, screen protector, protection plan, etc. She was personable and I was so happy with my experience, that I left the store with my attitude towards T-Mobile having done a complete reversal. Ashley and the team at the Bellevue location retained a customer for years to come today. Thank you guys!!”

Went in to the store and Loic (hope I'm getting that right man) and Nathan we're not only able to solve my problems but showed me how to ensure they don't recur. These guys were awesome and if I ever have to go in to a T-Mobile branch again I know where I'm going. Five stars. Loic and Nathan deserve raises”

2077 Bellevue Square, Bellevue“Hi, I was at Verizon today. I had a problem with calls and the Internet. Specialist Chufan took us in. She was looking for different ways to solve the problem. In the end, she spent 4 hours and still solved everything. She is a very good person and a Verizon worker. If you have any difficulties, I recommend her. Chufan, I thank her very much for the work done!”

“Good experience with iPhone screen repair. Cost is best in the area from when I was shopping around.
My process included calling ahead and putting half the cost as a deposit while they waited for the screen replacement part to come in. Then scheduled a follow-up to drop the phone off in person and the repair itself was done within the hour. Location is great as I simply waited it out at a coffee shop down the street. Lots of other options nearby as well.”
