Sold our car to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, with Auto Nation. Lawrence made the process smooth and was helpful along the way. There was a slight miscommunication. We wanted a quick transaction and I thought he could get us in/out quickly. Altogether it took two hours to get everything taken care of. When all was said and done, we had a good experience. No games or tactics, otherwise we'd have walked. One thing they could improve is the waiting area. When you're there for multiple hours and they're out of water, it's frustrating because you can't exactly leave.

My car had a repair done , emergency break release, it broke again 2 months after warranty had expired and it was like "oh well we can't do anything." Sadly their poor customer service made my decision not to buy a car from them again. They were to much of hurry to send me off to 800 customer service which cost them a sale .. no loss for me , I'm just buying a BMW 700 series !

Not a good interaction servicing a recently purchased used car. Listed features were not functioning correctly and they wanted to charge $1400 for a fix that they were unsure would work. The part was not in stock. They do not have loaners on hand or rental cars like Barrier used to offer. Please understand it is no longer Barrier it is now an Autonation store.

They charged me two hours ($375) to tell me they couldn't fix it and I should go look at a junkyard. Headrest restraint system deployed from rear end collision years ago, they spend two hours "trying to fix it" and proceed to tell me they can't. How TF you going to charge me to look at it and say you can't do anything? Garbage service, thanks for washing my car I guess.

Joel helped me find the correct wiper size for my car and I really appreciated the “get to yes” attitude, the “here is how i can help” instead of an immediate no which is not often practiced.

One of the most important things when buying a car is the follow up service. Several months back, it started out rough at Mercedes, of Bellevue, but things quickly changed for the good. Scott Soden is our service contact and he is amazing. He responds to texts, car concerns.. We are so grateful for Scott and how he takes care of us!

Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are not to be trusted !!! It is with great disappointment that I write today to express my deep concerns and frustrations regarding the transaction and post-purchase support. My requests for help via telephone, text and emails are completely ignored and its been 9 days and counting. When I initially decided to acquire the 2023 Range Rover from your dealership, I had high hopes, expecting a premium experience befitting the luxury brand. Unfortunately, my expectations have been consistently let down in multiple aspects. I purchased a used 2023 vehicle on-line for $140,000 and was assured that it was in 100% complete and had all of the manufacturer supplied options per the build sheet. Regrettably, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered a number of missing items, leaving me questioning the thoroughness of your inspection: Original Manufacturer Supplied Cargo Cover Luggage Carrier Carpeted Original Floor Mats Moreover, the vehicle was delivered in a condition far from the promised standards, as evidenced by the attached picture showing its unclean state and the presence of used COVID masks from the previous owner. This is an unacceptable oversight given the premium price I paid. Prior to receipt of the vehicle and payment for it, I repeatedly attempts to seek a re-inspection and clarification on these issues have resulted in assurances that all is well. This lack of transparency has been both frustrating and unsettling. Another unresolved issue pertains to the registration of the vehicle. I have received no guidance or assistance in registering the car or acquiring the necessary plates. I was given a 3-day trip permit which was provided via email has already expired, and it has been over a week since I initially requested help, to no avail. My inability to legally operate the vehicle is causing considerable inconvenience. I am unable to drive the vehicle do to your failure of registering it with the state and providing the necessary documentation. Registration fees and taxes have been collected but not paid to the state. Furthermore, I recently discovered that the loan for my trade-in vehicle has not been paid off and its been 9 days now, causing me to continue accruing interest. This is a significant financial concern and adds to the mounting frustration I am experiencing. I understand that administrative processes can be time-consuming, but the lack of swift resolution, response to my emails, calls and texts to these critical issues is disheartening. As a customer who initially had high expectations based on your dealership's reputation, I feel let down and left in the dark. I requested your assistance in addressing these matters and have received NO RESOLUTION or even a response. 1. Ordering and providing the missing manufacturer-supplied items or offering a suitable monetary credit. 2. A complimentary interior detailing service to bring the vehicle up to the standards we discussed. 3. Clear instructions on how to register and obtain plates for the vehicle. 4. Urgent pay-off of my trade-in vehicle to prevent further interest accrual and refund of the trade-in value less loan payoff balance. Your lack of response have left me with no choice is to direct this matter further to the Office of The Attorney General Bob Ferguson.

Christopher Santiago is the worst auto service advisor I have ever dealt with, and being my first time at the Mercedes Bellevue he really left a very negative impression on me. He is unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Is being courteous and respectful that difficult? And who wears a hat, regular clothing and jeans at a luxury brand dealership?

I took my car in to be serviced. My car had been regularly serviced since I purchased it with no issues. It was time for a major service. Went to Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. Paid 2000+ for my service. Received paperwork saying all was good and the service rep said "see you in a year" 10 days later my car had a catastrophic breakdown and had to be towed back to the dealer. They say it's the throttle and will be $4000 to fix, I say fix it. They then say it was not the throttle, it was something else and will be $6000+. I say no way. They They tell me that I need to pay $1500 for their labor of putting the throttle in! Never in all of my years of owning a Mercedes have I been treated so poorly. I absolutely, positively would not recommend taking your car to Mercedes Benz of Bellevue for service!

I went out of my way to write this review for the Sales Manager NW of Mercedes Benz Bellevue. While all the sales representatives. Really amazing and helpful. The sales manager or not. They don't try to work a deal with you and they try to give you the highest price possible in the first and not only that they respond to you in an email saying oh good luck with your car and, NW specifically mention "I don't know what a good deal is". It's like have you ever bought a car. Is this a good manner to treat your customer. I wonder how you stay in business. I thought that as a neighbor for our hospital, they will show some appreciation, but absolutely no complete disgrace. I will go out of my way to recommend against these people. This is my second time with them and it will be the last for sure, and I will make sure that everyone else avoid this business.

Had my calls dropped multiple times, and my time wasting voice messages for service advisors over multiple attempts for weeks were never responded to. Even when I explain the situation to the call center representatives that answer their service calls, I still can't even get any return phone call or message to discuss service options. They showed zero respect for me and my time as a customer. Can't even connect to a live person on site without going to some call center that the local dealer ignores, too. The call center shared that no management was even on site at the dealer on my last attempt. Congratulations on ruining my image of the Mercedes brand and being a showcase of providing an atrocious void of even bare minimum customer service. The leadership of this location has failed miserably of this is how the location operates over weeks. It is incredible and shameful from my perspective.

WASTE OF TIME! BAIT AND SWITCH! Made an appointment ~ called to confirm, and they said the vehicle would be waiting for us to test drive. Well, after driving over an hour to drive this car, they said that they could not find it, and that it was not on the lot. Asked for another similar car listed on their website and they didn't have that one either. They had over four hours to notify us that the car was not on the lot, but didn't. Then when we got there, no apology, nothing. Would not have expected this level of scam artistry and rudeness from a Mercedes dealership, it's very disappointing! Last time I checked, the missing cars were still listed on their website as available, so BEWARE!

Once you BUY A car you are not important. ordered a new cla250, got it a year later...purchased all warranty's, scratched up a rim in the back and cannot get any help to get it fixed. Have called and called and no one can help. left messages to the service department and no return calls. very frustrating.

I went to Mercedes in Bellevue and worked with salesman name Heru Jarjoto and his sales manager. I wanted to trade in my 2022 Audi Q5 and was given a quote to trade in my car at $38,500 (see attached). Two weeks later he texted me offering to sell their car at $39,999, but offered my car for only $34,000. I texted him that is a rip off and did not honor what they quoted and offered on my car. Heru said "not my fault, that is what was told by his manager (Mark Gonzalez). Is this how AutoNation rips people off? I will never do business with them and will tell all my friends.

Sleazy business practices used here. Test drove a vehicle, later in the day decided I wanted to purchase. Agreed on terms via text and phone call. Was told they could not hold the vehicle for me even with a non refundable deposit for the 1 hour it would take for me to drive back in. Was told it is first come first serve and there is another potential buyer test driving it so I should hurry it. I show up with a check written out ready to proceed but they tell me they are holding the vehicle while the other potential buyer is still there making up there mind (whom had not actually provided an offer or signed a letter of intent to purchase). So I got to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes and watch out of the window as the sales manager looked over the vehicle with the other buyer and then negotiate using my signed agreement as a form of pressure and bargaining power. Don't trust what they tell you as they have company policies that are conflicting and could care less about wasting your time.
