“This Bellevue store deserves more than 5 stars. Based on their expertise, I purchased a very expensive (and beautiful) lift chair. Then it started making grinding noises. As directed by the brochure, I called the manufacturer. Complete run-around. They said to call the corporate office. Also, no help. When I went to the store. William, the manager, listened to my problem, said I shouldn't have to deal with the run-around, and the next day, Gerald delivered a brand new chair to my house. He was both highly professional and friendly. He paid close attention to what had gone wrong with the original chair, then set up the new one exactly the way I wanted it. I cannot recommend the store and the way it is managed strongly enough. If you have back pain or just want very comfortable furniture, they are the best.”

“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“Super happy to have a local foam store. I'd been looking for cushions to make a set of custom cushions and the ones online are either of unknown quality or uncut. Very happy with the foams (with batting) that I got. Now that I've found this place, there is a number of projects that I can take on!”

“We went in to buy a mattress for my son (age 11). The saleswoman, Evy, greeted us and asked if she could help. When I said we were buying a mattress for my son, she turned to him and started asking him questions. She showed him mattresses tailored for his desire (soft mattress) and treated him like he was the customer. We bought a mattress and picked it up the next day. Once we unboxed it, placed it on the frame and cut the plastic, it inflated in minutes. The process could not have been easier and my son loves his new mattress. But the best part of the process was Evy. For those of us with kids, we are well aware when salespeople treat them like babies or even ignore them. The fact that she spent extra attention on the true "customer" made this experience all the better.”
