“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“We went in to buy a mattress for my son (age 11). The saleswoman, Evy, greeted us and asked if she could help. When I said we were buying a mattress for my son, she turned to him and started asking him questions. She showed him mattresses tailored for his desire (soft mattress) and treated him like he was the customer. We bought a mattress and picked it up the next day. Once we unboxed it, placed it on the frame and cut the plastic, it inflated in minutes. The process could not have been easier and my son loves his new mattress. But the best part of the process was Evy. For those of us with kids, we are well aware when salespeople treat them like babies or even ignore them. The fact that she spent extra attention on the true "customer" made this experience all the better.”
“Ask for Toni! I placed an order online and it was cancelled by Sleep Number due to me having different addresses under my name. I was told by customer service that all I had to do was go in person and verify my photo ID at a store. I was on business in NJ and so I went to the local store. They acted like I was a criminal, were unkind and irritated, put in low effort, and eventually said they could not help me unless I changed the address on my driver’s license! In contrast, with just a phone call to Toni, she went above and beyond to help me. She verified my identity and addresses, and then worked with her manager to make sure my order went through and the discount I had originally gotten was applied. All the while, she was communicative, kind, empathetic, and apologetic about the situation. If it wasn’t for Toni, I definitely would have gone somewhere else to purchase my mattress.
