Not sure who my rep was Nathan or Antony. Both were sweet. They promptly helped and greeted me. Sometimes printout is a pain in fedex. I prefer getting copies at UPS though it's $2 more.

Every time I visit, I find that employees go way more than their way to help. They are polite, advising, and organized. Special mention of Brandi who helped me multiple times with some very repetitive printing jobs. Highly recommend.
