Shoes are great (even my cat likes them). Service…uurum. Defiantly room for improvement…unless you fit their rather narrow and specific type,and if not, they do a good job of making you feel like your business is not wanted, which was my experience.

Nice shoes but the lady at the bellevue store is very rude. She gives incorrect information on the ways to clean leather shoes! I would surely go to another store in future.

Good shoes but the lady at the bellevue store is very rude. She needs to learn how to talk to customers. I would rather go to another store or a different brand in the future.
