Great service. Jennie was an excellent advisor . She keeps me updated the whole time my car was in service. She arranged a loaner car for me because I live a little bit far from the dealership. Overall very happy with the service. Thank you Jennie and thank you BMW of Bellevue.

I took my x7 for a recall service for which its a software installation. I got the appointment for the same day and the Bellevue service center took excellent care of the car and installed the required software and I was out on less than couple of hours.
