There was some fraud on my debit card and they were very helpful in getting me a new card and canceling my old one.

I really appreciate BECU as a credit union. Most things can be handles same day at my convenience ( if I need a new debit card I can get one within a few minuets). Everyone is always very friendly and makes going to bank not feel like an errand I’m dreading.
