Evan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when helping me look for some new dress shoes. I was able to quickly get fitted and also learn about the subtle differences between various shoe models.

For what it's worth, the lady and the Asian gentleman who assisted me with fitting and provided me with more info regarding their offerings were helpful and patient. Not rude by any margins compared to the reviews I've seen here. So YMMV depending on which associates are working during your visit I guess.
