Great customer service. They addressed my inquiry promptly and professionally. Also product shipping to my address was super fast!

Poor customer service. Does not respond to customer phone calls or e-mails. My bags started falling apart after the first year of use. Won't deal with this company again since they apparently don't care about clients enough to return their phone calls/e-mails.
