“My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.”

“If you're looking for a great steering box, this is the place. They are very helpful and will walk you through anything and everything. I got the quicker steer and it drives like a newer pickup now. It's a lot nicer to drive and more fun! I had some questions after I received it and they were very helpful and walked me through them. Highly recommend them. Great people to work with. Derek took care of me. I put this new Red-Head steering box on my F100 1/2 Ton Shortbed Ford with a big block.”

“I recently bought a used car with a rebuilt title and didn’t have it pre inspected. I called Auburn Valley Collision and spoke with Bob who told me he’d be happy to take a look at it for me. He thoroughly checked the exterior repairs and even went out of his way to check under the car on a weekend when they usually don’t do so. I left here with peace of mind and feeling relieved! He knows what the customer needs and is willing to help as much as he can. “I used to regularly go to Autozone, O’Reilly’s, & Advanced Auto Parts. Gosney NAPA is my favorite out of all of them and now my go-to place. Everyone who works there has been great to work with and their machines work. I’ve had issues at all of the other stores with either equipment malfunctioning that has taken 30+ minutes to fix or just unpleasant experiences with whoever was working there that day. I’ve had nothing but consistently great experiences at Gosney NAPA.”

“As someone who works in the auto industry, I usually get lots of red flags when buying cars. Martin was only green flags from beginning to end. We showed up on a Thursday night to test drive, and Martin gave us the keys for the Crosstrek that we were looking at, and told us to bring it back when we were done. No sales pressure, and he didn't ask to go with us. My husband and I took it around Auburn, and on the highway to ensure that everything worked as it should. We were able to truly test drive it and not feel any pressure. We pulled into an empty parking lot and opened every door, the hood and the hatch. We checked EVERYTHING without some nosy salesman over our shoulder. It gave us an opportunity to experience the car the way that you would when you got it home. The Crosstrek had been in an accident, so before we had gotten there, Martin had sent me the Carfax, photos of the damage, and all other pertinent information so that my husband and I knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. The car drives like a dream, and the repair work from the accident is beautiful. The frame is straight, the paint match on the new panels is perfect, and the gaps between the panels are as aligned as they were when they were new. My husband and I came back on Saturday after thinking everything over and finishing up the money situation, and Martin greeted us again with a smile. Over the weekend, Martin was answering all of my questions via phone calls and texts, and was incredibly patient with us. Before we got the keys, he put a full tank of gas in the car, and got it washed and the interior vacuumed. The paperwork part of the transaction was easy since Martin filled everything out for us, and explained each document and what it meant. Now that we've had the car for a few days, and I've had time to deeply look into the repairs, I can say that I'm even more pleased. The care that was put into this car is evident, and I'm so excited to have it for the adventures that my husband and I are planning to go on. Martin was honest, patient and kind through the whole experience, and I'd recommend him and his cars to anyone! Thanks again, Martin! We love our Crosstrek!-Tori and Zae”

“Great shop, great springs if you want to haul weight. I bought a used 1-ton pickup with a set of Gitt's 5+1 springs in the rear and let me tell you those springs mean business! It takes about 4000# in the back of that truck just to soften the ride a little. I recently took a different truck in for a heavier helper spring pack for hauling a camper, and the staff were friendly, quick and on budget, they did a good job and had me out early in the afternoon. They custom-arced the springs so that they don't engage when the truck is empty, and the ride is unchanged.”

I have a small local auto detailing shop here in Kent upon detailing one of my clients vehicles I realized there was a leak inside of his brand new roll n lock bed cover. After going back in 4th with the manufacturer they sent me to competition specialties in kent! they were able to replace the bed cover instantly mind you this was not there fault but a manufacturer defect.... (i was able to pick up locally the same day) randy and team helped me through the entire process. If you are looking for after marktlet parts look no further than here. Owners if you are reading this you have a real winner with Mr.Randy he was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive outcome and you just don't find that in many employees anymore. My car’s battery died and the staff not only helped me select the right battery and the tool I needed to install the new one, but drove me back to where my car had died so I could install it. I received a $25 credit when I brought my old battery for disposal, and the staff even ran a check engine light scan for me to help assess something else going wrong with my car. Definitely go to this store location!”
