“I purchased a car a month and a half ago and somebody put in an aftermarket system, so I came to this company after scouring the internet for what seemed a lifetime.I saw a photograph of the stock system that I wanted to put back in the car. I did a lot of research and determined that this was where I'm going to go and buy this from. The price concerned me because the image could have been a canned image.Nonetheless, I purchased it and I hoped for the best. Today after a very short period of time from ordering, I received the product. And I was extremely impressed. The packaging was incredible and the quality of the unit inside was spectacular. I keep my car spotless and this unit fit right in and was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not receiving something that was (scratch and dent). This was a refurbished unit but when I plugged it in, not only did it look good, it played my XM radio instantly as well as my FM radio. Apparently, it was paired to my VIN number which was required when ordering. I do not have any more thumbs up than I can offer for this company because there is only five stars, so, I give them eight stars or more. Great job! If you're looking for something for your prized possession, you can't go wrong here. One last word; when I was concerned about my shipment and what I was going to get, I was texting to the company and I received responses immediately from them. Their responses were unusual because they were instant and unsettling, only because they were honest. Again, I received the product today and it was in mint condition. I plugged it into my system and it worked with my XM radio and my VIN number everything's just was seamless. So again I will go back to this company for future needs. Nothing works out this easy in these days, but this was perfect.”
