“I had a few martial arts patches placed on a jacket 10-09-2023 the lady who completed securing the patches advised me the jacket would be ready to pick up 10-11-2023 . Today 10-10-2023 I received phone call stating my jacket is ready to pick up today. Very friendly and professional employees who take pride in the work they do. I advise anyone who has dry cleaning work have the work done at King Cleaners. I would give 20 positive stars if that option was available.”

“This place is seriously so talented u0026 skilled!! Despite being primarily an auto painting service shop, I was able to get my rough '97 Ford Expedition interior detailed ? Believe me when I say this car came back to be a whole different vehicle lol, the interior was caked in mold in every crevice you can imagine including all of the seat belts u0026 between the seats ? the beige leather seats u0026 dash were so grimy it looked horrendous ? so when this car came back to me it looked brighter u0026 brand new on the inside!! ??? Great price for AMAZING work!! Also, while talking he showed me sneak peeks of his paint business u0026 I'll recommend everyone to this guy for a luxurious paint job!! ???? 10/10”

“Clean facility, well lit and all the machines are working, facility staff was friendly and available which can be rare in laundromats, $1 fee for change from credit/debit which is much better than the ATM fee of $3 down the street. Can be somewhat busy on weekends so be prepared to use fewer machines and have to hang out a while. Good vending machines and fun movies make the wait a lot easier. If you are a Spanish speaking customer staff is fluent and ready to help :)”

“Approximately one year ago, my partner and I had an incident occur at our place wherein all of our clothes, comforters, towels, etc had to be cleaned. Some of it had special instructions. We reached out, and arranged for Dash Point Laundry to handle nearly 10 bags as a drop-off - we were apprehensive as some of it was irreplaceable. Though it was very busy that day, the woman on duty (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) was incredibly professional, ensured she understood exactly what was needed, and handled it perfectly. When we returned (I believe it was the next day), EVERYTHING was cleaned, folded, and smelled incredible. The amount of work this saved us was immense, and the peace of mind immeasurable!Now yesterday, the owner (Steve) reached out personally to see how things were going and see if we were in need of their services. While this may seem small, an owner who takes extreme ownership of his business, rekindling professional contacts, is a rare thing these days. While we are no longer in the area, I wanted to commend Steve and his team for this! Thank you.”

“Nice place, clean, and lots of machines. They have 1 bathroom and many carts for customers to use. There is also a change machine, ATM and vending machine. This location also offers washing services. You can drop off your laundry, they wash and fold it, and you pick it up at your convenience. Not many places to sit but plenty of surfaces to fold your laundry. There is also a sink outside of the bathroom if needed.Washer prices range from $3.75 up to $7.75. Dryers are $0.25 per 5mins.”

“12 regular washers and 3 huge washers. Washers do not let you start a new load right at or after 7:30p on the dot. Very clean building and machines! Bakery next door with yummy pasteries. Machines take card, Google pay, Apple Pay etc. If you forgot and want to buy laundry soap - that dispenser only takes quarters! $1.25 for soap.”

“25¢ coin-operated machines.Change machine accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills; dispenses quarters.Clean place, very friendly and helpful staff.4 stars just because of the cost!To be fair, the last time I used a laundromat was the beginning of 2019 BC (before COVID).$8.50 to wash BULKY LOAD+ $0.25 for 6 min of dry time on the north wall (to the right as you enter)• [ I overheard other dryers cost 25¢ for 4 minutes. Ask to be sure; I may have heard incorrectly. ]Last 2 minutes are cooldown.Total for 2 bulky loads = $17 to wash, $4.25 to dry = $21.25”

“The owner does his best to keep the place clean tough when you see the types that go there.Lots of inconsiderate people.There are those that will show up with the whole family.Im talking 8-10 people who all feel they need to be inside crowding the narrow isles They'll bring in a months worth of laundry take up 10 machines then when its dry time since they are mostly overweight will take almost every up top dryer all the way across which means they also take over the folding tables.Kids running around uncle just standing there muttering blocking a lane.Instead of going out to their suvs while the machines are running they just stand there the whole time.You know who Im talking about”

“Cheapest place in auburn i could find. Clothes done perfectly. Dropped off my order with an older Asian man who seemed suspicious when I wanted to take a picture of my clothes just to protect the both of us. He felt I had ill intentions and told me to get out. I reassured him I won't cause trouble and he took agreed to do business as long as I prepaid. Pretty sure he has been burned by Auburnites before. Picked up my clothes from older hardworking Asian woman. I asked her if she did my clothes and she got suspicious and wondered why I hadn't left. All I wanted to do was give her a $10 tip. That brought a smile to her face.”

“Staff is friendly, it's always clean, and the machines are never out of order. I like this laundry mat cause the dryers work good and the washers are fast. The hours are later then the average and if you need a little more time the staff will let stay past closing. Make sure you bring your own supplies cause the market store prices are way to high.”

“My dryer went out so I needed to come to the laundromat which I hate to do, to dry cloths. I pho restaurant next door is my favorite Pho restaurant so even though I had never used this laundromat, I ws familiar with it.It seemed to me that this laundromat looked much better than what it looked like a year ago. I think the owners put in new flooring. Anyway the place looks very nice. I appreciate the fact that the machines are coin operated.I went to a place last weekend that was north of this laundromat and it was cashless. And the attendant said that I must wash and dry. I let him know exactly what I thought about that and proceeded to dry my cloths. I also let him know that I would not be back.If I did the math right 25 cents equaled 4 minutes of drying time. For me I put out $2.50 for 2 loads for 40 minutes. I did not wash so I can not speak on that. I also appreciated the fact that their equipment was not all broke down. Their was no on sight attendant. I recommend this place very highly.”

“There are not a lot of laundry options in Des Moines and the other two I have looked at are sketchy at best. That said this one has always been clean and the big machines are priced better than most other places. I have noticed recently several machines have been going down and stay down for weeks. They explained that it takes several weeks to get technicians to come out. This jibes with what an out of town maintenance tech friend told me that his schedule is booked solid for weeks at a time and he only services a small town of 75k”
“I have used this place many times. It's not clean and some machines don't work, but its saving grace is it only costs about half as much as the other laundromats around here. Ten bucks covers a huge double load, everywhere else is close to twenty.”
