“I have a new dog who was a rescue, and can be a bit anxious, especially when it comes to being held in place for shots. She also is a bit reactive to other dogs. West Plains was really kind and accommodating for this, making sure there were no other dogs in the lobby at the time of bringing her in and going back to the car. The vet was also very nice and patient with my dog, and gave good advice on how to help alleviate some of the anxiety my dog was feeling. This is very relieving for me as I was worried about finding a vet that wouldn’t judge my baby for being anxious and reactive.”
“Our cats have been patients of ITAH for years! Dr. Brown was the first doctor we met, and he took wonderful care of our older cat. Dr. Armstrong was so caring and helpful when Marley the cat ended up needing his tail amputated after a freak accident. Most recently we saw Dr. Kuhn and he was so kind and affectionate toward our older cat when she was having urinary issues, and helped ease my fears. Unfortunately we moved across country in the last few months but we will continue to recommend ITAH to all our Spokane animal friends!”
“I have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.”
“Dr. Scott Habegger, Inland Equine Veterinary Service, came to our home to check on our Tennessee Walker within a day of our calling him with concerns about her coughing. We knew she was not in a critical state or he would have made the time to come by sooner. We like the fact that he was willing to work with us based on our factual assessment of our horses needs. Very kind, very thorough, patient and reasonable rates. We plan that he will be our vet until our horses are gone. They’re in their mid 20s now.”
