“I am very satisfied with my visit to the shop today in Yorktown. The Boss had me and my husband come into the shop even though that location was closed to help get a very big nail out of our tire and told us to keep an eye on our tire and if it starts to have any problems bring it right to him. They now have new clients and we will be going to them for any issues . Ty Tire Traxx Express for helping us get back on the road in a timely manner and being very professional . I called at least 6 auto shops before speaking with him to inquire about a tire/wheel problem, he was the ONLY person to say “I don’t have availability today to fix the issue, but you can come up here and I’ll at least let you know if it’s safe to drive or not”. At that moment, I knew he was the right person to trust to look at and fix my SUV.”

“Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Dawn and Corey. My vehicle locked up on a Sunday and had to be towed to their parking lot, I had not heard of them prior, but insurance said that was the nearest garage; I am glad I went to Autopros instead of the dealership. Monday morning I got the phonecall that they were a bit busy and could try and look at my car by Thursday. They call me later that day and snuck me in and told me the problem, let me know the part that was needed, and that they could get it in in a day or two. After they fixed it, they did a thorough walkaround of the car and found a few other issues the previous owner did not take care of. After another issue came up, they took the car the same day, fixed it by the next day, and even helped me on the labor costs. I will not hesitate to take my car to AutoPros in the future and I appreciate them helping me in my time of need. Thanks!
