“We had a problem with an employee at another store who promised us a trade-in deal, but then had no intention of keeping his word. Not only was he dishonest but he was also shockingly rude to my husband and I. Luckily my husband had the opportunity of meeting Ethan who was filling in at the other location. Ethan was very gracious, helpful, and pleasant. When we tried to turn in my old phone for the trade, and were getting a massive runaround, I called Ethan at this store (where he usually works) and both he and Jake came to our rescue. If you want professional, decent humans... GO HERE! And whatever you do, avoid the Yorktown location like the plague. The manager is deceitful, disrespectful and evidently has very little human decency. That's ok, because Ethan and Jake at this store make up for it ten-fold. Kindness, truthfulness and mutual respect ALWAYS WIN.Thank you both for your honesty and professionalism!!”

“I had issues with my DVR player so I called customer service and the first person was rude so I hung up and got this really nice lady that help me and she said I need a new box's so I get in my car and go get my new DVR which I was approved for a upgrade which was nice but she gave me the wrong remote so I called and the customer service again the lady told me that I had the wrong remote then the next morning I went to get the right one then I came home to program all my TV shows all over again I'm saying all this to say I like this box's better”
