“Unbelievable service. Over the years Cox drove me crazy. I pay all my bills on time nevertheless I would always get texts that either pay this amount or your service will be disconnected. I use their service since 1991 and all these years they would bother me. I used to get upset at times. Today they disconnected the service. I went to their store located at 5110 Main Street in WilliamsburgI wasn’t in the best mood but I left happy because one of the managers, Mr. Carlton finally figured out the problem. Very nice young man. Well mannered and very patient and knows. He put a lot of work into it. He had to go back a couple of years but very pleasantly he reassured me he took care of the problem. The Cox Store is better than any other carriers. A new store providing assistance with accounts and carry the iPhone and other high end phones. All kind of gadgets so don’t bother with Apple Store. They provide better service than Apple.”

“Had been to the store for 3 days straight trying to do my online pick up order was helped by Natasha she and I both contacted customer care for Verizon all they could say is we will cancel the order and retry it. It took for Natasha to figure out I had to complete the order and activate her phone before mine would go through. If anything you can get from this is go see Natasha she is awesome. When it is time again I will return there to her and her team best experience I have ever had at a cellular store”
