“Sam's Club is losing out to its competition. The ridiculous notion of treating all of their customers as if they are thieves is too much. Checking receipts at the door is something I can live with. Now, the "checker" has to scan your receipt and EVERYTHING in your cart to make sure you didn't steal anything. When the store is crowded and there's only one "checker," (Which is usually the case) it takes longer to exit the store than it does to shop! Unfortunately, theft is a cost of doing business. Most of their customers do not steal, but they get treated as though they do. This means more trips to Costco and BJ's and less to Sam's.”

“I visited this Costco location today near Potomac Mills. I had an issue with the Costco rewards check, and LAMAR a manager assisted me. I just recently got out of surgery and it was difficult to stand or walk. LAMAR the manager gave me a place to sit in the employee's office, which was very nice of him. LAMAR resolved the issue and even spoke with the headquarters to resolve the issue. LAMAR is a good man! If he's not THE store manager, he should be! Thanks again LAMAR!!!”

“Why is it when you improve a process, I t gets worse? If my wife places an online order, I cannot pick it up because the app will not reflect the order on my app, even though we share the account. I have to go into the store and find an employee, which can be challenging in itself and hope they have a pleasant attitude. The chances of that happening are 50-50. As much IAs I love BJ's over Sam's Club or Costco, I don't need the frustration that comes with every visit. Please do better.”

“We had been using the Costco pharmacy in Springfield but decided to drop off a prescription at the Costco in Potomac Mills since it was more convenient. When dropping off the prescription, the person who took the prescription, Theresa, noticed that the strength of the medication was higher than previously so she called our physician who admitted that it was a mistake and reduced the strength. Theresa went above and beyond to help us, and she did so with such a charming personality. I'm sure that we will now be using only the Potomac Mills Costco pharmacy, thanks to Theresa.”
