“I came into the store not knowing what to look for and no experience or knowledge of diamonds or what kind of wedding band/engagement ring to look for. Marissa was the absolute best with her customer service and knowledge of the diamonds and she let me try on any and everything I wanted to experience. I was happy with everything, took pictures and jotted as much detail as possible so that I could share with my boyfriend. The very next day, me and my soon to be fiancé unbeknownst to me came back to the store to look at mine and his picks. Chris was a pleasure to meet and he was great with helping us finalize everything. As Chris and my boyfriend were finalizing the coinage business, I was looking at rings and chatting with my sister on the phone. I thought my boyfriend was coming back to sit down to talk about the rings and something made me turn around and there he was on one knee with the ring in hand proposing. Chris was a wonderful photographer. Thank you Marissa and Chris for making this a special memory I will never forget.

“This is a compliment for Kim at the Potomac Mills location.My Movado watch that I purchased a few years back from this location had kinks in the links that I could not get out. I took it to the store to see if they could do anything to fix it. Kim and the staff worked on fixing my watch but it was not entirely working. They all worked really hard on it and the staff was friendly while I waited and showed me watches while I waited. When they determined that it was not entirely fixable, Kim shared some options with me and showed genuine concern for my dilemma with the watch, which is my favorite watch! I purchased two matching watches for my significant other and I as a gift a few years ago. Kim offered to swap out my watch for the same watch and that was an option I was not expecting. This was a great option for me because the other watch I had purchased was not having the same issue I was experiencing, so I went with it.I'm not sure if Kim is the manager of the store or not, but either way, Kim provided excellent customer service and represented the brand and team very well.
