The watch was in great shape for the year, but definitely had some signs of wear. Stu was able to give me a full run-down of the watch, confirm that all parts were original inside and out, and assist in an affordable cleaning and light touch-up to restore the appeal and factory beauty of the timepiece, without overdoing it and removing metal.Stu also performed a very light touch up and gasket replacement on a 1984 Rolex Day-Date that I purchased from another trusted local dealer. The piece was a stunning example and operating perfectly even before paying Stu a visit, but I can truly say its appeal and value has increased significantly as it now better reflects the factory finish that was present on this watch when new. That’s good news for me as I’m planning to enjoy and preserve this watch.Parts for vintage watches are also difficult to locate, and Stu informed me that he is able to source parts and vintage/modern watches from a variety of sources. Don’t hesitate to bring your watch by and let Watchmasters help you with any of your concerns.”

“My boyfriend and I went for an hour long appointment to look at rings. The service was absolutely fantastic! The jeweler, Vishal, was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and personable. When we arrived, he already had many settings ready for us to look at, as well as diamonds (we left a note on our appointment details about what we we're interested in beforehand). He is extremely passionate about making his pieces unique and intimate for his clients, even providing free customizations. He was also extremely detail oriented and was extremely careful listening to what we liked. He said that he strives to have the ring not only be exactly what we want, but also have it open doors for our future goals financially speaking which I thought was very important. All in all, for just an hour long appointment, he exceeded our expectations. Though our ring will only be starting the creation process, he showed us his other pieces of work and wow, stunning! I'm glad both my boyfriend and I were able to say the things that we liked while he was able to take notes for later conversations. While we waited, we started browsing and ended up checking out some wedding bands for him. I didnt catch the name of the lady who helped us out but she was great! We were super indecisive about what we liked but she was patient through it all and in the end we ended up finding his wedding band! The transaction was super easy and his band was ready in two and a half weeks. We went back and picked it up with ease!”

I needed a battery replaced in my watch, which they did quickly and for a fair price. It definitely beats running out to Tysons, which I've done before. I learned today that the shop has been in Annandale almost as long as I have. If I have future needs for watch repair or for a new watch, this is going to be my first choice. As an Annandale resident, I intend to support good local businesses. I'm sorry I didn't know about this shop in the past but I intend to correct that oversight in the future.”

“I walked into this store without an appointment to see if I could get my gold necklace with a crucifix with a gnarled chained (badly tangled). I was there a couple years ago to get the clasp (same necklace) replaced and it has held up very well. Sue took me right away, offered me a seat and refreshment while she worked on my necklace. She also steam cleaned it and showed me how to store it properly to avoid future gnarls. Superb customer service with no charge. I've worked retail for years and have seen it all. Kudos to this company and Sue! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.”
