It took months for Koons to resolve one of my issues and after several calls and talking to multiple people it finally was resolved.

Bought a used car from Koons Woodbridge Ford and had a great experience. I discovered a minor issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase and the dealership fixed it for free. My sales representative Niko was terrific. Would recommend to anybody in the market for a Ford.
