“Tried on a bunch of pairs of pants, differing styles and sizes, until I found what was best. The employee helped me special order 2 pairs since I needed longer than normal store size. (40x38). Delivered quickly and fit great. Definitely a working class and durable pair of jeans. Thick enough to help stop wind while riding my motorcycle.”

“As a woman of color it’s often difficult to find the correct foundation shade. Abby asked the right questions and was knowledgeable about the right products for my skincare needs. She worked through three different brands to help find the best shade for me instead of just suggesting I mix them. She was patient and made good suggestions without being pushy.”

“So we bought the wrong size for our kiddo and they were super helpful when we called to inquire about a different size. Upon my return to the store to exchange the size I mixed up boxes. They didn’t reject my return and took it anyway and also assisted me in finding some other options to go with what I was looking for. The prices were decent for a kid’s shoe but I like that they accept returns vs the Nike store.

She not only gave me a few recommendations she went above and beyond, bringing back shoes that she thought I might like and a pair that matches my favorite team's colors. The store is always clean and stocked with all sizes. They have a pretty good variety of styles from the classics to modern. They regularly have deals and you should always be able to find something you like.”

“This was my first time at Boot Barn and I wasn’t sure how to find the right fit…. Krystle was an absolute sweetheart. She checked on me multiple times. I loved her boots and she was able to find ones similar. I needed the calves stretched a bit which she had ready for me the next day. Krystle even recognized me as soon as I walked in. “Johnston & Murphy are my go-to dress shoes. They have plenty of models that come in wide, are very fashionable, and are incredibly comfortable. While other brands may certainly be cheaper, you'll be paying for it later with either shoddy quality (Steve Maddens, Stacy Adam's, and Kenneth Cole or... your feet will need their own tombstone”

“Half my wardrobe is old navy, really good shirt designs for people who like art on the back of the shirt and a little emblem on the front. That’s my staple. But love how if they don’t have your size, you can have them ship it to your house! And if you become a rewards member, it’s actually the more you spend, the more you save, it’s not a trap”

Ryan helped us to find Christmas gifts for our daughter and was one of the most friendly and joyful people I have ever come in contact with, after dealing with rude mall employees all day he really was a breath of fresh air and left a smile on our faces. The store was extremely organized and clean, and the merchandise was high quality and very fairly priced.”
