“Tried on a bunch of pairs of pants, differing styles and sizes, until I found what was best. The employee helped me special order 2 pairs since I needed longer than normal store size. (40x38). Delivered quickly and fit great. Definitely a working class and durable pair of jeans. Thick enough to help stop wind while riding my motorcycle.”
“The Boot Barns in the NOVA area, bring western wear to wear is not so chic. I have a good selection, and for the most part prices are reasonable for what you get. The staff is always friendly, and make others aware they do give military/vet discounts, I have a fairly decent loyalty program.”
“After shopping Kohls last week, I wanted to buy more ladies basics in different colors. Kohls had a good selection of everyday shirts that I was looking for. They also had the dress i saw last week. Good selection and affordable prices and Kohls almost always has a sale/ coupon i can use.”
“I just wanted to say thank you to Mrs. Teresa. Teresa was kind and helpful. Last month I came in to the store to find a shirt for my daughter’s preschool graduation. Teresa found the perfect shirt. I received so many compliments at the graduation. Teresa also found a nice blazer in my size. The cool part of this shopping experience was how Teresa asked my daughter to help me put on the blazer. “Even though Earthbound is in an outlet mall, this store is not an outlet store and has new items recently released on the website. I bought some items there for 30% off : a silk kimono dress, a silk folk gray dress, and a tie dye dress. They were on the website as well as newly released items on the Earthbound website that caught my eye in the store. The items on the website were 25% off with the code. You saved 5% more buying in the store.
The cash registers were down that day, so they had to phone in our purchase and give us a handwritten receipt. Despite the inconvenience, the staff were polite and accommodating. The store was well organized and the displays were inviting. Definitely a store I would visit again.”
“I wish I took in store pictures, and I wish Google put you in a closer parking spot than where I was for going here to specifically stop at Vans Outlet. I had beyond exceptional customer service from the wonderful blue haired worker there. Happily carried my box of well packed bakers dozen of clearance vans in a box to my car, which could have been closer but was worth the haul! I hope to leave a survey review also but I also likely lost my receipt already lol”
“So we bought the wrong size for our kiddo and they were super helpful when we called to inquire about a different size. Upon my return to the store to exchange the size I mixed up boxes. They didn’t reject my return and took it anyway and also assisted me in finding some other options to go with what I was looking for. The prices were decent for a kid’s shoe but I like that they accept returns vs the Nike store.

“Had a great shopping experience with Courtney. She was very attentive and extremely observant. She not only gave me a few recommendations she went above and beyond, bringing back shoes that she thought I might like and a pair that matches my favorite team's colors. The store is always clean and stocked with all sizes. They have a pretty good variety of styles from the classics to modern. They regularly have deals and you should always be able to find something you like.”

“Johnston & Murphy are my go-to dress shoes. They have plenty of models that come in wide, are very fashionable, and are incredibly comfortable. While other brands may certainly be cheaper, you'll be paying for it later with either shoddy quality (Steve Maddens, Stacy Adam's, and Kenneth Cole or... your feet will need their own tombstone”
