Unable to buy my mother's kitchen roll up blind because the store can't custom cut them to size, even though it's advertised. The machine has been broken for three months. Very disappointed.

How is it that no one can answer the phone? People work there right! I know they do I have seen them standing around. This will be my last purchase at this location.
