She listened to understand what I really needed and incorporated everything into the design. She did a beautiful design and helped me plan the layout and pick cabinets etc. My kitchen is almost completely installed and I can’t wait to see the end result of her work. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Even though she is barraged by a constant stream of customers, she always maintains a great attitude with a smile on her face. I am very glad I came into Home Depot 7 months ago and met this gem at the store.”

“I had two brand new refrigerators ruined by BEST BUY installers leaving me with no fridge or freezer for almost two weeks. They then told me they couldn't deliver for another two weeks. I then checked online at Home Depot. They promised delivery in Three days! It was delivered, installed, the BestBuy broken fridge moved to my garage awaiting return. They took great care in not bumping walls and doors. The two men who delivered and installed did a fantastic job and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. What this experience taught me is that Home Depot knows and stocks appliances and Best Buy is just playing at it.”
