“If you want Ritz Carlton customer service and great quality furniture, this is the place. I’ve never been to Bobs until today. And I don’t know who Bob is but he should be proud of his staff. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mohammed. Well groomed, smelled nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful! He reeked professional!!!!!! He is the type of person that makes you buy something because of his customer service. He wasn’t robotic or salesy. He listened to my needs and pointed me in that direction. I walked out happy. I’m 100% a customer service girl. And today I can honestly say I have NEVER received such immaculate service as I did today with Mohammed anywhere else. I was also assisted by Jose who was also very pleasant and my apologies to the young lady who rung me up but she was a sweetie pie and thorough as well. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.”

Mohamad was So helpful, knowledgeable, & very customer service oriented and I feel good about our order we placed with him. We haven’t received our furniture yet , But he is keeping us in the loop as to when and why the date changed. Factory is taking a week off for the Holiday. “Overall it was a nice clean environment. It’s a little hard to navigate inside the store based on the maps they provided and since it was my first visit I wasn’t familiar with the store or what to expect. It was a Monday and not many people were there including store employees to answer questions. We had lunch there and the food was a good value. We did end up buying a chair. I’m sure I will return.”

“I always go there almost every Sunday when I have money to buy things. The workers there are very nice helpful and patient they are wonderful. This store is my actual number one favorite store. I love everything about it and I love how the workers treat their customers. Would 100% recommend! Also I’m Asian and can’t find the correct things I need that the lady sells there it just makes me feel have and at home there with all the Asian mostly Chinese culture status and more there! You definitely need to go there. Will go back soon again!(:”

“There was a friendly woman at the fabric counter that helped me find what I was looking for. I encountered another employee who gave me a friendly greeting. The cashier, Imariah, needs to learn how to handle customer interactions from her co-workers. I went to check out and the cashier was nowhere to be found. She was in another section of the store. Upon noticing me, she returned to her work station. Even though she walked right past me, she did not so much as acknowledge me. She logged into the cash register and still had not acknowledged me, nor greeted me. I handed her my items and asked the price. Once she responded, I proceeded with the transaction. She did her job, but avoided any sort of customer interaction above what she felt was necessary.”
